Alex Crisses & Minds Matter

In June 2008, Alex Crisses received his Master in Business Administration. He graduated with High Distinction as a George F. Baker Scholar; he previously received First Year and Second Year Honors for distinguished academic. From 2007 to 2008, Alex Crisses was active as a Conference Director for Venture Capital and Private Equity Club. He was also a VCPE Conference Chairman for 2008, and an active member of various clubs including Entrepreneurship Club, Technology & Media Club, and Wine & Cuisine
Society.

Alex Crisses graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 2002 where he
received a Bachelor of Science degree Economics with a Recipient of Dean's Award for Excellence.

He was also named The Wharton School's Top Honor. Crisses participated in Varsity Tennis Division IA NCAA as a player in all 4 years. He was selected to Mortar Board National Honor Society and Golden Key International Honor Society. He also volunteered as a Wharton Ambassador, Teaching Assistant for Management 100 and Management 234, and a Peer Advisor. He also worked as a Research Assistant for Professors Edward Shils, William Laufer, and Howard Perlmutter.

Aside from his career, Alex Crisses is helping the local New York City community by taking part in various organizations like the New York City Police Foundation Event Chair, and was the former director of Fundraising and Executive Commitee Member of Minds Matter, which is a New York Charity for under-privileged teens. Crisses is also a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Sargeants Benelovent Association which is a fundraising project for all NYPD sergeants.
